as well as in design of numerical methods for related models.
Contributor of the ‘diffuses interfaces’ approach for an easy capture of shocks and materials interfaces, with or without phase transition, surface tension, chemical reactions…
Many research projects with CEA DAM, CEA DEN, DGA, EURENCO, NAVAL GROUP, ARIANE GROUP…

Present interests

-  Building equations of state ;
-  Modelling atmospheric and oceanic dispersion, with or without explosions ;
-  Physics of shocks, detonations and condensed energetic materials ;
-  Numerical methods for hyperbolic systems with stiff relaxation and non-conservative terms.
